Accounting Operations & Reporting
Manage all accounting operations; including month end closing, journal entry preparation, accounts payable, job costing, cash management and accounts receivable functions.
Produce all internal and external financial reports including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statements, and jobsite specific profit & loss statements.
Prepare weekly operational reports which include summarized financial, operational, and labor performance for each project.
Negotiate and secure all lines of credit and long-term debt.
Oversight of multi-state payroll for all employees and contractors including preparation of 1099 forms.
Contract Management & Human Resources
Execute, review, negotiate, and advise upper management on all new customer contracts and renewals.
Implement processes and procedures in order to ensure compliance with existing customer contracts.
Complete yearly RFP’s for existing and potential customers in order to renew or secure contracts, as well as ensuring company compliance with RFP.
Develop a strategic plan for long and short-term goals in order to achieve success within the telecommunications industry.
Manage unemployment claims and coordinate all investigations in regards to sensitive Human Resources complaints.
Responsible for all pre-employment background and drug/alcohol screening for all employees and contractors.
Coordinated implementation of workforce management software.
Risk Management
Manage regulatory and contract compliance for extensive network of regional contractors.
Responsible for procurement of all insurance policies including general liability, workers’ compensation, automobile, excess liability, health, and property insurance. Manage and prepare all insurance audits for all insurance policies.
Responsible for processing, administering, and investigating all workers’ compensation, general liability, and automobile insurance claims.
