Mployer Advisor — Catalyst Giveaway
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR PRODUCT DEMO IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DEMO REQUEST WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Mployer Advisor, Inc. ("Sponsor"), [Sponsor address].
2. Eligibility
Open to licensed insurance producers/agents and other trade-show attendees who are at least 18 years old and legal residents of the United States (excluding [state(s) to exclude, if any]), attending the NAPEO Annual Conference & Marketplace on September 16th – 18th, 2026. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible.
3. Entry Period
Entries will be accepted at Sponsor's booth #113 from 8:00 am on September 16th through 6:00 pm on September 18th, 2026 ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period are void.
4. How to Enter
Visit Sponsor's booth during the Entry Period and [scan your conference badge / complete the entry form] to be entered into the drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person. Scheduling a product demo is optional and is not required to enter or to win, and does not affect your odds of winning.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a one-year subscription to Mployer Advisor's Catalyst product (approximate retail value: $1,188). Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitute will be offered, except at Sponsor's sole discretion (including substitution of a prize of equal or greater value).
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about September 25th, 2026. The winner will be notified by phone or email using the contact information provided at entry and must respond within 5 business days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to respond in time, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Conditions
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries. Winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the prize.
9. Release of Liability
By entering, each participant releases Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in this Giveaway or use of the prize.
10. Data Use & Privacy
Information collected at entry will be used to administer this Giveaway and, unless you opt out, may be used by Sponsor to follow up about Mployer Advisor products in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy: https://mployeradvisor.com/privacy-policy . You may request removal at any time by contacting [email protected].
11. General
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of TN, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
