I have been working at the same company for the better part of nine years. With as many times as the company has changed hands, we have always been able to maintain Benemax as our secondary insurance, and for this I am very glad.
The exemplary work and service that has been provided to my family during this time by this company has literally saved us thousands.
I must admit that when it comes to figuring out the intricacies of my insurance; what I am covered for, what is going to deductible, how much is to be reimbursed, what is being paid for medicines for myself and my family, FSA expenses etc., I am beyond challenged, and easily flustered and confused.
From the first time I have had the good fortune to work with Benemax, their representatives have been wonderful examples of patience, knowledge and kindness. They take the time to do the proper research and break things down in ways I can understand. They have saved me and my family hundreds of dollars in money I didn’t know was due to me in reimbursements.
I recently had a surgery and was confused about the billing and amounts I was being asked to pay by the hospital. The Benemax Rep was able to work out that although my primary insurance and Benemax had both PAID… and the bills showed that “payment”, the Benemax money was never directly applied to the account. This has resulted once again in saving us hundreds I might otherwise never have known about. I am currently waiting for a re-issuance of the much LOWER itemized bill. This is at a time that we can’t afford to over-pay for anything.
So this is a thank you and tribute to Benemax. I, for one, am very glad for your service!
