I had an exceptional experience with Bouvier! I called Bouvier because I needed to obtain an insurance document for my mortgage bank, and had been given the runaround by both my condo management company and the bank. By the time I called Bouvier, I was pretty fed up with the process because I was honestly expecting the same lack of urgency and poor customer service that I had received so far trying to obtain the form.
When I called Bouvier, I had a woman named Janna as my rep. I explained my situation to her - that I needed a specific form but nobody would tell me which actual form it was - and Janna was incredibly kind and helpful over the phone, and let me e-mail her the incorrect forms I had previously been given to help me get to the bottom of what the bank needed. She offered to investigate by e-mailing the account manager, but she ended up figuring out what my issue was on her own! Once she figured out what the bank needed, she went ahead and faxed the appropriate form to them herself, also providing me with a copy for my records. I was blown away by how thorough she was and how she truly wanted to help me, and not just get my issue off her desk. She responded quickly and was so kind, explained everything she was doing, and was all-around an absolute pleasure to work with.
After also speaking to a few other people at Bouvier, it seems everyone passionately cares about their customers' welfare and experience. In a world of automated message bots and service reps who hate their jobs, Bouvier far exceeded my expectations and was an absolute pleasure to work with!
