This company does not treat the customer as king or is right. This was a horrible experience dealing with this company. Worst in my life.
I am a physician and businessman who has been in business for over 25 years with hundreds of employees. I have opened and closed hundreds of insurance policies. Your company is the only company that has cancelled a policy of mine, left my company without insurance because you had a wrong mailing address. There was no communication of this cancellation other than a letter delivered to a wrong address. Attempting to re-instate the policy took six to eight hours on the phone just to initiate the reinstatement. Then, the actual coverage took several days to take effect and this was another huge disappointment that led to business disruption and lost revenue. Calling to re-instate the policy with your company involved several disconnected calls and time lost with each lost connection and bringing up to speed one of your representatives each time. Furthering our disappointment, your company (or your underwriter) refused to cover our vehicles at full replacement cost. I still cannot comprehend this at all.
