Administers benefits programs for all employees such as life, health dental and disability insurance plans including new enrollment, terms and changes including the calculation of payroll deductions.
Independently handle all employee issues and questions regarding the Local Motion benefit program.
Recruitment / Employment
Works closely with Operations in the development of personnel forecasts to project employment needs, continuously anticipating hiring needs and maintaining a lead on any prospective employees.
Manages and maintains all active job postings, job descriptions and creating effective job advertisements.
Compensation / Performance Management
Conducts regular and ongoing compensation research and analysis.
Participates in salary surveys as requested, providing information on an annual basis.
Assists in maintaining fair and accurate salary ranges.
General Human Resource Duties
Manages life cycle of all employees from hire to termination, including but not limited to, licensees, status changes, and weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting.
Manages HR Department schedule including meetings, job fairs, and interviews.
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Advises, mentors and assists in preparing employee discipline documentation with management.
Manages the production, updating and maintaining of employee handbooks.
Works with multiple departments to create and implement new forms and processes to unify procedures.
Assists Operations and Training staff with employee communication including Memos and incident tracking.
Continuously reviews and monitors employee polices and procedures, updating the appropriate documents on an as needed basis.
• Maintains good communication and positive relations to promote employee satisfaction throughout the Company.
• Managers in planning of Company events and holidays.
• Conducts, analyzes and assesses data on various reports including turnover reporting, personal info, etc.
