In addition to providing the comprehensive set of services described above, Northwest Essex has developed relationships with healthcare providers in our area to coordinate services and refer consumers for services that Northwest Essex does not provide. For more than 50 years, Advocates for Children of New York has played an important and unique role in New York's public education community. We focus on the children and youth who are most likely to experience failure or discrimination in school because of poverty, race, disability, language barriers, homelessness, or involvement in the foster care or juvenile justice systems. The Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU) is the world’s largest non-profit organization devoted to preserving and promoting the Armenian identity and heritage through educational, cultural and humanitarian programs. I serve as Affirmative Action Officer, EEO Specialist, and NMLS administrator. ★ I analyzed and restructured the compensation structure to ensure pay equity and competitive posture within the sector, resulting in reduced attrition rate. ★ I developed employee investment programs including succession planning, leadership development, mentoring, and career pathing. ★ I updated job descriptions to reflect KPIs and benchmark metric expectations; facilitating a merit-based appraisal system. ★ I executed a full-scale HR audit and met the NYS Sexual Harassment program mandate to train 100 employees within a condensed timeframe. ★ I chose, implemented, and trained staff on HRIS for accurate, efficient and confidential access to employee information.
