Located on 70 acres of riverfront land in Groton, CT, Fairview was founded in 1892 by the CT Independent Order of Odd Fellows Grand Lodge as a non-profit senior housing and healthcare provider. Today, the campus includes multiple facilities, providing rehabilitation services and options for independent living. Although membership in the Odd Fellows is no longer required for admission, we are still guided by the organization’s principles of friendship, love and truth. In recent years, Fairview has expanded many of its services. Our skilled nursing care has been enhanced with a cardiac rehabilitation program led by Cardiologist C. W. Andrias. We have our Guided Journeys memory care program which is specifically designed to provide the level of assistance needed to improve the quality of life for our residents with memory impairment.
