MEC continues to fabricate, support and expand all of Technicraft's products. On May 31, 2002 MEC acquired SierraCom, a division of Sierra Networks, Inc. They developed and manufactured a broad array of passive microwave components and subsystems for the United States military. Significant customers include the Department of Defense, as well as leading defense OEMs such as BAE, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and Raytheon.
