As Elkhart’s only locally owned, nonprofit, Hubbard Hill offers a continuum of care for adults 55 or older as their needs change, including maintenance-free independent duplex homes, independent and assisted living apartments, Memory Care assisted living, short-term rehabilitation suites, and long-term nursing care. Physical, occupational, and speech therapy are also available as inpatient or outpatient services. Minutes from the U.S. 20 Bypass and five miles from the St. Joseph County line, Hubbard Hill is conveniently located near shopping, local colleges, hospitals, and plenty of entertainment centers for resident/group outings.
