• Instrumental in 1000% revenue growth of the company through brainstorming, research, collaboration and execution of business plan and objectives.
• Designed, developed and deployed all financial policies and procedures to ensure GAAP and audit compliance.

Wrote, published and maintained the employee handbook; educated myself on HR issues (ADA, FLSA, FMLA and ACA) to limit exposure; established employee on-boarding procedures; and initiated employee retention and appreciation events.
