• Administrate educational programs such as art classes, lectures, panel discussions, opening
receptions, and the annual Verge Studio Art Camp.
• Create youth, family and adult educational experiences in-gallery and off-site.
• Develop educational curriculum for the Studio Art Camp taking into account different learning
styles, working with practicing artists and incorporating new technology in art practice.
• Utilize educational research to inform pedagogic content.
• Manage budgets, timelines, online registration platforms and website content.
• Work with artists and educators to develop kids and adult classes classes and create marketing materials such as programming calendars, flyers, web-based and social media
content.
• Train and supervised interns and volunteers for educational programs and outreach events.
• Assist with fundraising events and exhibition installations as needed.
• Write education grants to secure funding for programming.
